MS Workshop: Power in Motion -Exercising with Multiple Sclerosis

Join us for an empowering and educational workshop designed for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. Power in Motion will cover the science-backed benefits of exercise for MS, practical guidelines for safe and effective activity, and modifications to make movement accessible for all ability levels. Learn how exercise can help improve mobility, manage symptoms, and enhance quality of life—no matter where you are in your MS journey.

We’re also excited to welcome special guest speaker Crystal Crowder from Motus Nova, who will demonstrate how their innovative hand and foot devices can be used to promote neuroplasticity and functional recovery. Whether you’re looking for new ways to stay active, adapt your workouts, or explore technology-driven exercise solutions, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to keep moving forward.

A light lunch will be provided, and we encourage you to invite a family member or caregiver to attend with you so they can learn alongside you and help support your wellness journey.
